Mission Statement
Kenneth Eller is the managing principal architect of the firm. He has degrees in Architecture from the University of New Mexico (B.A.Arch. 1981) and Arizona State University (M.Arch. 1984). He was an adjunct faculty member at the ASU School of Architecture and Design from 1984 until 2005. He has held architect registrations in Arizona, New Mexico and Florida through reciprocal registrations as a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
Archi-CAD Architects PLLC was started in 1994 in Tempe, Arizona. Our primary service emphasis is architectural design for commercial and child care projects. You can view the extensive lists of the different types of Projects we have completed over the years at our Projects web page.
We have worked closely with the Arizona Department of Health Services and established an expertise in childcare facilities. We also provide Physical Plant Evaluation services in preparation of licensing childcare facilities.
We collaborate with consulting engineers to provide complete architectural and engineering services. We have also formed strategic alliances with contractors and developers to provide complete start-to-finish projects.
